The design of the Bajaj Freedom is unlike your typical commuter motorcycle. It’s got a hexagonal shaped LED headlight, a dirt bike style fuel tank and small side panel. The rear subframe is partially exposed and has a nifty, body coloured grab rail for the pillion. A tiny LED tail light sits below the seat and the overall design is interesting. Considering the curiosity around the bike and how different this design looks, it should attract a lot of attention.

The Bajaj Freedom 125 was recently introduced by Bajaj Auto, with prices starting at Rs 95,000 (ex-showroom). It is the first CNG bike in the world and comes with a two-liter fuel tank and a two-kilogram CNG cylinder. It is powered by a 125cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine that generates 9.7Nm and 9.5PS.

The Bajaj Freedom is expected to be a motorcycle intended for commuters. Underneath the seat, there will be a CNG tank that runs the length of the bike. The seat will be one single, distinctly wide, long piece that overlaps part of the fuel tank and terminates with a grip rail. Five-spoke alloy wheels, an all-LED lighting system, and a semi-digital instrument panel are anticipated features of the Bajaj Freedom.

Bajaj Freedom 125 CNG has a CNG tank under the seat, and Bajaj says it can travel 330 miles on a single charge. The 125 cc engine of the motorbike produces 9.37 horsepower and 9.7 Nm of torque.

The motorcycle would cost, ex-showroom, between Rs 95,000 and Rs 1.10 lakh.
