The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially announced the NEET UG results for 2024, releasing the results categorised by city and examination centre. Candidates who appeared for the exam can access their results on the official NTA NEET website at exams.nta.ac.in/NEET/ and also at neet.ntaonline.in.  

In a July 18 ruling, the Supreme Court of India ordered the NTA to make the NEET UG results available by July 20 at noon. The agency was instructed by the supreme court to release the candidates’ test results anonymously… Judges JB Pardiwala, Manoj Misra, and Chief Justice DY Chandrachud made up the bench that issued the directive. The court ordered the results to be published separately, organized by city and center.

NEET-UG 2024 result declared.

This announcement comes in the wake of the Central Bureau of Investigation’s (CBI) recent arrests of four AIIMS Patna medical students in connection with the NEET UG paper leak case. According to PTI reports, AIIMS Patna Director Dr. Gopal Krushna Pal said that if the students are found guilty, the institute will take the proper action against them.

This year, the NTA administered the NEET UG exam at 4,750 locations on May 5. The results were first made public on June 4. On June 23, candidates who were impacted underwent another examination; the results were made public on June 30. A little over 24 lakh applicants took the primary exam, and 1,563 applied for the retest.

How to Check NEET UG 2024 Results:
1. Visit the official NTA NEET UG website.  
2. Click on the NEET city, centre-wise results link on the homepage.  
3. A new page will open; select your state and centre.  
4. The result will be displayed on the screen.  
5. Candidates are advised to review their results closely.
