Ola Electric, India’s largest electric two-wheeler manufacturer, has officially launched its first-ever EV motorcycle series.

ROADSTER X
Designed to compete with popular commuter motorcycles, Ola Electric’s entry-level model is called the Roadster X. Sharp lines and a closed-off panel that houses the battery in place of a typical engine characterize this bike’s sleek, futuristic look. One-piece seating and a smartly placed charging port in lieu of the gasoline cap are included.
The Roadster X’s engine is an 11 kW electric motor, and it comes with three different battery capacities: 2.5 kWh, 3.5 kWh, and 4.5 kWh. With a range of 200 kilometers, the top model can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in just 2.8 seconds. Its top speed is 124 km/h. The bike also has a 4.3-inch MoveOS 5-powered LCD display and a Combi Braking System (CBS) with disc brakes.
According to Cartoq, the Roadster X will be supplied beginning in January of next year, with a starting price of merely Rs 74,999 (ex-showroom).
ROADSTER
The Roadster features a 13 kW electric motor and a sportier look. The highest model has an amazing range of 248 km and is available in three different variants: 3.5 kWh, 4.5 kWh, and 6 kWh. Premium technologies like cruise control and the AI-powered Krutrim Assistant are brought to the Roadster with its 6.8-inch TFT touchscreen and four riding modes.
The starting price is Rs 1.05 lakh (ex-showroom), and delivery is anticipated during the final quarter of FY2025.
ROADSTER PRO
The Roadster Pro is the series’ standout model for customers looking for the best performance possible. This beast has a 52 kW motor that can reach a top speed of 194 kmph. The top 16 kWh variant can reach 40 kmph in just 1.2 seconds. Packed with cutting-edge technology, the Roadster Pro boasts a 10-inch TFT touchscreen and sophisticated digital functions including traction control and advanced digital auto braking.
Deliveries of the Roadster Pro, which is priced at Rs 1.99 lakh and Rs 2.49 lakh (all prices, ex-showroom) for the 8 kWh and 16 kWh versions, will start around Diwali in 2019.
