Motorola Edge 50 Ultra: Availability and variants
According to confirmation from Motorola, the Edge 50 Ultra smartphone will go on sale on June 18 at 12 PM and be accessible through the company’s official website, Flipkart, an online marketplace, and a few retail locations.
In a run up to the launch, Motorola has revealed that the smartphone will be offered in three Pantone validated colours – Peach Fuzz, Forest Grey, and Wood. The Peach Fuzz will be available with a frosted glass finish, the Forest Grey will have a texture resembling vegan leather, and the Wood color option will have a back cover composed of actual wood.

Some areas of Europe, Latin America, and some parts of Asia already have access to the smartphone. It is anticipated that the variant that enters the Indian market will follow the same path. Furthermore, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra’s primary specifications have already been made public by the company on the Flipkart product listing page.
As per the listing page on Flipkart, the Motorola Edge 50 Ultra will feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. With Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, the display will have a maximum brightness level of 2500 nits. The smartphone, which runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8s Gen3 chipset, will come in versions with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of on-board storage. It has also been confirmed that the smartphone supports 50W wireless charging and 125W wired charging.
For imaging, the Motorola Edge 50 Fusion will sport a 50 MP primary camera and a telephoto camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS), likely a 64MP sensor. It is probable that Motorola will integrate a 50MP ultra-wide angle lens to complete the triple camera setup on the rear.
